Oscar has led theatre workshops and lectured at institutions in three continents for students of all ages. Recent workshops include the following topics: Venue Responsive Theatre, Introduction to Story-Telling in Non-Theatre Spaces, Shakespearean Soliloquy, and Introduction to Directing, as well as a technical workshop for emerging theatre companies on Web-Design and Digital Stories. He has given lectures on specific Shakespeare plays, a general introduction to Shakespeare in performance, and an overview of staging/blocking theory.

Since 2009, Oscar has led workshops or delivered lectures at the V&A Museum, St Mary’s University Twickenham, Northampton University, Keene State University, St Francis’ Academy, The Network, The Abingdon Theatre, Marlborough College, Kimball Union Academy, Johnson State College, State University of New York – Albany, New England Classical Academy, Hanover High School, Harrow School Beijing, Vienna International School, and Scaffold Shakespeare.
